Nigeria’s track and field queen, Tobi Amusan came first in the women’s 100m hurdles heat at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games.
Amusan running on Wednesday morning has thus qualified for the semi-finals, winning her heat in a time of 12.49s.
The world record holder did not break much sweat to easily win the race as she was in blistering form.
Nigeria’s golden girl beat USA’s Alaysha Johnson who finished second in 12.61s and Janeek Brown third in 12.84s.
