Napoli striker Victor Osimhen has requested to leave the Serie A club, according to one of its directors, Giovanni Manna.
Manna acknowledged that Osimhen had opportunities to depart the former Italian champions last summer.
However, the Nigerian striker has not received serious offers to leave Napoli this summer.
“Victor Osimhen has asked to leave the club. He wants to go,” Manna stated.
“The situation is clear; there were already chances for his exit last summer. Victor wants to leave. We will see in the next 20 days.”
