Two Suspects Arrested in Kano for Stealing Police Station Signpost
The Kano State Police Command has apprehended two individuals connected to the theft of the Bachirawa Police Station signpost in Ungogo Local Government Area.
The command’s spokesperson, SP Abdullahi Kiyawa, revealed this on Facebook on Wednesday, noting that the suspects were caught with assistance from local residents.
His message written in Hausa, translated to English, read, “The person who stole Bachirawa Police Station (sign post) and the person who collected it are working hand-in-hand. Residents of the neighbourhood have brought up a new sign post.
“We are grateful to the people of Bachirawa.”
