Which celebs lost millions followers after Diddy’s party scandal?

A recent study by Heepsy has revealed how some big-name celebrities are facing serious backlash over their connections to Sean “Diddy” Combs’ controversial “freak off” and white parties. The analysis shows just how quickly public sentiment can shift, especially in the age of social media.

Jay-Z tops the list, losing a staggering 3.46 million Instagram followers in just a month. His involvement in Diddy’s parties has kept him in the headlines, with 1.1 million online videos and 372,200 TikTok mentions keeping the conversation alive, albeit not for the best reasons.

Following him is Beyoncé, who has also felt the fallout. She was featured in a whopping 4.1 million news articles discussing her ties to Diddy. Despite her impressive $600 million net worth, she lost 1.24 million followers on Instagram, proving that even superstars can face intense scrutiny.

In third place, Khloe Kardashian saw a significant drop of 853,918 followers. While her media presence was quieter, with around 80,000 news articles covering her involvement, her 217,000 TikTok mentions suggest that people are still talking about her role in the drama.

Kim Kardashian ranks fourth, losing 727,956 followers. With her substantial $1.7 billion net worth, Kim remains a hot topic, generating 1.97 million news articles and 975,500 TikTok mentions about the backlash.

Leonardo DiCaprio takes fifth place with a loss of 141,428 followers. Although his media coverage was more limited, he’s still generating buzz on TikTok, with 789,500 mentions keeping him in the public eye.

Usher comes in sixth, facing a smaller loss of 77,336 followers. His involvement sparked 1.84 million news articles and 738,000 TikTok mentions, indicating he’s still a key figure in the ongoing discussions.

In seventh place is Oprah Winfrey, who saw a minimal drop of 22,225 followers. Despite her connection to Diddy, her influence seems intact, with 148,000 news articles and 57,600 TikTok mentions discussing her role.

Pink stands out at eighth, appearing in an impressive 5.71 million news articles about her involvement but only losing 18,921 followers. Her media presence is significant, with 3.91 million online videos, though her TikTok activity is relatively low.

Jennifer Lopez ranks ninth, losing 14,289 followers. Her connection to Diddy’s events resulted in 1.74 million news articles and 929,400 mentions, keeping her firmly in the spotlight.

Finally, Ashton Kutcher rounds out the top ten with the smallest loss of 11,222 followers. He remains highly visible, generating 1.8 million news articles and 1.03 million online videos discussing his involvement, allowing him to avoid the intense backlash faced by some of his peers.

A spokesperson from Heepsy commented, “These findings show just how quickly public opinion can turn, even for the biggest names in the industry. It’s fascinating to see how different platforms react—celebrities might lose millions of Instagram followers but still trend on TikTok or dominate headlines. Fame doesn’t protect you from backlash; it can actually amplify it.”
