The National Examinations Council (NECO) has said that one year after the issuance of the original certificate, the council will no longer entertain requests for a reprint.
NECO’s registrar and chief executive, Dantani Ibrahim Wushishi, made this disclosure in a statement on Tuesday.
Wushishi said the exam body wishes to inform its numerous candidates that requests for correction of results will be entertained within one month after the release of such results.
He noted that the request for a reprint of the certificate will now attract a fee of fifty thousand Naira (#50,000.00), subject to review.
Wushishi added that the council is not liable for any registration error committed by any school or candidate.
